We have two options for dinner seating this year! Please read about how they will work before you RSVP:

Reserved tables and dinner - $250 for eight people 

lf you would like to have your table reserved in advance, you will have the chance to be a table captain and have spots for you and seven of your friends arranged ahead of time. The cost of reserving a table is $250, and that includes 8 dinner tickets plus a complimentary bottle of bubbly waiting for you at the table. When you RSVP, we ask that you have the names of your guests available so we can enter everything at one go. Also, we ask the table captain to pay for the table without splitting the cost up in our database - if you want to work out a reimbursement with your friends that's up to you, but one payment will make life much easier for our data-entry volunteer!

The deadline for a Reserved Table is April 9th - so get your RSVP in early!

General Seating - $25 for a single dinner ticket

In past years, we've used general seating for our event, and we'll keep this custom going as well. If you would rather let the evening flow and sit with people you bump into at the event, then this is the way to go. Just say you want a dinner ticket (or two for a couple) when you RSVP. When you arrive, you'll get your tickets plus "Save my spot" cards. You can fill your name in on the cards and place them at any free seat - and since the Stevens community is a fine, upstanding crowd, you can be confident that your placecards will still be there when the Silent Auction tables close and dinner begins.

And of course, admission is free - you are always welcome to stop by and join in the fun without eating dinner!
