Welcome to the ELL Program at Stevens!

We have approximately 70 students in the ELL program (also known as ESL, English as a Second Language)  at Stevens, representing about 15 different languages.  Our largest language groups are Spanish and Vietnamese. We employ an integrated model, where the ELL and LAP (Learning Assistance Program) staff  work with the students on reading, writing and math.

The ELL department is in Room 207 - upstairs on the second floor near the library and computer lab.

The staff is here from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Some reasons why the English language is hard to learn. . .

• The bandage was wound around the wound.
